Frito Pie is something my mom always made for us and I have always made for my son and is one of his favorite meals! There are so many ways you can make it ours is pretty simply as my son is picky lol it's cheap and quick to make so I just thought I would share it with you! Maybe your kids will love it to!

What you will need!

Frito's Original Corn Chips, 16 oz bag

Nalley Big Chunk Chili Con Carne With No Beans, 15 oz can
(or with beans if you like)

1 & 1/2 Cups of Mild Cheddar Cheese

Sliced Ripe Olives, 2.25 Oz can

8x11.5 Glass baking dish

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In 8x11.5 Glass baking dish pour in Frito's and spread them out evenly. Take a spoon and cover all Frito's with Nalley Big Chunk Chili Con Carne With No Beans (or with beans if you like) it tends to make it a little dyer with the beans so we like it with out, but either way is ok.

Once the Frito's are covered, Top with Sliced Olives or anything else you would like (onions, green peppers) I kept it simple with just Olives. Now Spread your 1 & 1/2 cups of cheese over the top, if you like it cheesier you can add more or less if you like, make sure the Chili & Olives are all covered.

Bake uncovered for 15-20 min. or until cheese is golden brown!

Simple, Cheap, and Fast! If you try it let me know what you think!
